Unreal Commander is a file manager that provides you with a lot of functions that Windows doesn't offer by default. It allows for advanced file searches and directory synchronization with support for compressed files in ZIP, RAR, ACE, CAB, JAR, TAR, LHA, GZ, TGZ, ARJ formats.

A file manager with excellent functionality

The file manager application comes with many extensions and is therefore the perfect replacement for Windows Explorer. In addition to the classic functions such as file search, directory creation and moving, copying and deleting files, the practical administration tool offers many other useful features. This also includes the practical two-window mode, where you can easily move files using drag & drop.

Unreal Commander has an FTP server that allows you to connect with your own team easily and quickly regardless of where you are. The only requirement will be that the original equipment is turned on and with the program running when you want to connect to it remotely.

Other most common functions of the application are the dragging of documents and folders, tabbed browsing and a simple but efficient text and image viewer. Unreal Commander is presented, in short, as a good alternative to the normal file management offered by Windows.
